Solo Open Event 26th September 2025

The Solo Open Event will be held on Saturday 26th September. The event gate will be open on Friday, September 25th from 15:00 to 22:00, and again at 08:30 on Saturday, September 26th.

Registration is scheduled from 09:00 to 10:00 on Saturday, September 26th, followed by a competitor briefing at 10:30. The first race will begin at 11:00, with the first and second races running back-to-back before lunch. The third and fourth races will take place back-to-back after lunch.

The early entry fee for the event is £20.00, applicable to entries completed by Wednesday, September 17th. Entries received after this date will be £40.00 until Friday 25th No entry on the day.

Club members can enter for free, applicable to entries completed by Friday 25th. No entry on the day

Breakfast and lunch will be available to purchase from the galley.

The full entrance fee is payable before the closing date of the Race, only then is your entry confirmed.
In the event of unsuitable weather, the race may have to be cancelled. This is the decision of the Race Officer and is considered final.
No liability is accepted by the Chase Sailing Club for any costs or expenses incurred by the Client in the event of changes to or cancellation of the Race.
In the event that a Race Entrant, through illness or otherwise, is unable to take part, The Chase Sailing Club are under no obligation to offer any refund or to transfer the booking.
The Chase Sailing Club will not accept liability for loss of or damage to any participants’ personal equipment or personal effects.
