Notification Regarding Unidentified Equipment Stored at the Club

Dear Members,

Many of you will have noticed the significant tidy up of the club compound carpark area over the last few weeks. Led by the Bosun Team, and a small army of helpers the improvement is quite amazing! Thanks to everyone involved.

To keep this necessary task moving forward, we are conducting a review of all equipment stored at the sailing club to ensure that items are correctly located and accounted for.

If you have any equipment stored at the club outside of your designated berth, please take action to identify it with your name and berth number.

Unless there is an extenuating circumstance (then please discuss with the committee), or a prior agreement for it to be away from your berth, please correctly store or remove it within the next 3 months.

After this period, any remaining unidentified or abandoned equipment may be removed at the Club's discretion .

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Trailers and trolleys

- Boats and masts

- Boards and sails

- Paddle boards

- Any other equipment deemed to be abandoned

To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure your items are clearly marked as requested and stored appropriately. If you are unsure whether your equipment is affected, we encourage you to visit the club and verify its location.
