Chase Header

The Chase Sailing Club enjoys 90 hectares of clean water set in the beautiful surroundings of Chasewater Country Park.
The clubhouse consists of secure changing rooms with showers. A large wet room with tables and chairs where food and drinks can be purchased at weekends. The Lichfield room which is a function room and fully licensed bar, which is a great place to relax and chat after sailing or windsurfing over a cold drink, in comfortable surroundings with a large screen for those must see sporting events and a pool table. The club has berthing capabilities within a secure locked compound for boats, which has tie down points in the ground to secure your boat down. If you have a windsurfer, we have lockable storage on site.

The 2015 evening racing

Wednesday Evenings – 60 minute pursuit race with personal handicap to give us all a chance, first gun 7pm.
Friday Evenings – 60 minute pursuit race, first gun 7pm.
Saturday - Racing now consists of two 60 minute pursuit races and one handicap, first gun 12 noon. Racing is open to all classes of mono hull dinghies and helms of all abilities. If you don’t wish to race but just want to have a sail, the rescue boat will be on the water during all racing. And don’t forget the well stocked (and very well priced) bar is open after all racing and is a most pleasant way to finish off your evening.
